Shipping

Thanks for your order! Your item(s) will ship within 3-5 business days.  If you choose an expedited shipping option, please beware that the 3-5 day processing time still applies although we try our best to send ALL packages out ASAP. 

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. 

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damaged during shipping. If you choose not to buy the insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS.

We are not responsible for lost packages during transit! We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service selected, If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment. 

We are also not responsible for weather-related damage or delays! Once a package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT automatically insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Once again we are not responsible for the package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance. 

SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer or for refunds issued by us unless the customer receives a defective/damaged item or if we sent the wrong product and you decide you don’t want a replacement we will refund the shipping fee. In this case, a prepaid label will be sent to the customer for them to mail back incorrect or damaged/defective items to headquarters. 

Keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation email, which will provide tracking information. USPS usually delivers packages in 3-5 business days. If you have not received your package in a reasonable amount of time or if you have received a delivery confirmation, but still do not have your package please contact your local post office with your tracking number for more information before reaching out to WaistBeadQueens@gmail.com 

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages and therefore we can not reimburse the cost for lost

Sizing

Use a fabric measuring tape, or download and print your own printable paper tape measure.

Remember to measure the part of your waist or hips where you intend to wear your waist beads.

1) Remove or raise any layers of clothing blocking your waist.

2) Take your measurement. Stand up straight, hold the tape measure behind you, and bring it around your waist to meet at your navel. The tape should be parallel to the floor and fit snugly around your torso without digging into your skin.

3) Read the tape. Look at the place on the tape where zero end meets the other end of the tape measure. The location of this meeting point is your waist measurement.

4) Double-check your measurement. Repeat the measurement once more to ensure the accuracy of your original measurement.

For larger, waist sizes you may be required to link 2 or more waist beads together to get the desired length.

 

Exchange & Refunds

REFUNDS

 

Items that come damaged, defective or incorrect are eligible for refunds. Any items damaged by the customer from incorrect tying or burning are NOT eligible for refunds or replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

EXCHANGES

 

If you receive your item and it is the wrong size you may return it for a refund and re-order the correct size directly from the website (providing it is available) if you notify us within 48hrs from the receipt of your shipment.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was damaged, defective or incorrect. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
